Host Policy

Hosting on Invitrr is a privilege that carries real legal and ethical

responsibilities. Every person who creates an event on the platform

agrees to this Host Policy in full. This policy supplements our Terms of

Service and Community Guidelines.

1. What Invitrr Is — and Is Not

Invitrr is a technology platform that enables hosts to publish event

listings and connect with interested attendees. We are not a

co-organizer, event promoter, venue operator, or ticketing agent. We do

not verify the legality, permits, safety conditions, or accuracy of any

event listing.

AS A HOST, YOU ARE SOLELY AND FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR EVENT AND
EVERYONE WHO ATTENDS IT. INVITRR BEARS NO LIABILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENS AT

YOUR EVENT.

2. Event Accuracy Requirements

Every event listing must be accurate and complete at the time of

publication. You must:

Creating events with false, misleading, or incomplete information is a

violation of these policies and may result in immediate account

termination.

4. Attendee Safety

As a host, you have a responsibility for the reasonable safety of your

guests. You must:

If an attendee activates the Bailout safety feature during your event,

cooperate gracefully and do not retaliate against them. Retaliating

against a user for using the Bailout feature is a permanent ban offense.

5. Managing Join Requests

5.1 Accepting and Declining

You have full discretion to accept or decline join requests. However:

6. Prohibited Event Types

The following event types are prohibited and will be removed

7. Privacy of Attendees

Attendees trust you with their presence at your event. You must:

8. Ratings and Reputation

After events, attendees may rate their experience. You may also rate

attendees.

9. Verification Badge

Hosts who complete our optional identity verification process receive a

verification badge on their profile and event listings.

10. Enforcement

Invitrr may remove individual events, restrict your ability to create

new events, suspend your account, or permanently terminate your account

for violations of this Host Policy, Community Guidelines, or Terms of

Service. In cases of serious harm to attendees, we will cooperate fully

with law enforcement.

11. Host Indemnification

By hosting an event on Invitrr, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold

harmless Invitrr Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents

from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including

legal fees) arising from your event, your actions as a host, your

violation of this policy, or any injury or harm that occurs at or in

connection with your event.
